Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, wider brightening of the edges. Ripe cherry fruit, fine red berry nuances, delicate herbal spices, tangerine zest, dark mineral touch. Juicy, very elegant, well-integrated wood seasoning, balanced, dark minerals, delicate nougat, shows very good length, will benefit from bottle ripening.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark meats such as beef as well as all stews. Also a treat with duck and game.
