About the wine

Tasting note
The Pla de Morei's fruity bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape its individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure balanced with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at slightly chilled 16°-18°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Pla de Morei goes perfectly with Gruyère burgers, ribeye steak and red meat.
