About the wine
You will certainly have a lot of fun with the delicious Plansel verdelho, which was produced in 2020. Sunny and picturesque landscapes of Alentejo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta da Plansel conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Floral aromas, some lychee with lots of ripe pear. Exoticism, dense and sweet notes on the palate, with a nice melting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2025.
Vinification
Hand picking in 25kg boxes, full grape pressing, cold sedimentation of the must for 24 hours, at a temperature of 5°C. Pre-clarified musts are fermented with pure breeding yeasts at a temperature below 14°C in stainless steel tanks to produce the special aroma of this grape variety.
