About the wine
This fresh Tempranillo 2019 — Platón is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The winemaker from the Spanish winery Divina Proporción masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with polenta or lasagna.
Tasting note
The Platón's fruity aromas of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry express a lot of character with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the fruity nuances of prune, clove and marmalade reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and fresh acidity, which harmoniously develops its complex structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a special piece of grilled meat, ideally an entrecote or dry-aged beef tenderloin.
