About the wine

Tasting note
Balsamic notes with Chianti terroir. Black currants and blackberries in the bouquet. On the palate, cinnamon-like notes, extremely dense and powerful structure, chocolate and a bit of vanilla, first-class tannin structure and fantastic length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean dishes or grilled meat.
Vinification
PONENTE or in German “where the sun sets” is an assemblage of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. The wine is aged in French barriques for 22 months.
