About the wine
There is always something left over from Christmas dinner. Do you know that? The winemaker from the Italian winery Poggio al Sole absolutely masters his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originated in the fertile and flourishing Tuscan countryside. Tasting note
Very bright color, almost clear. Fruity, dry, elegant with a pleasant acidity and a delicate bouquet.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with Asian dishes, fish and seafood, aperitifs and antipasti.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed immediately after harvesting, fermentation at 16°C, no biological acid degradation, on the yeast until the end of January, bottling in February.
