The bottle should stand upright for a few hours. Then carefully remove the cork and slowly decant the wine. Serve at room temperature (18°C). It goes great with cheese, nuts or dried fruit after a meal.

Graham's Quinta dos Malvedos is considered one of the best wineries in the Alto Douro Valley and was acquired by the company in 1890. Malvedos, the flagship of the House of Graham, is situated on the steep slopes that surround the small village of Tua. The Quinta and its south-facing wineries on the northern banks of the Douro River are in a prime location. In addition to port wine, the Quinta also produces olive oil and almonds as well as a considerable amount of citrus fruit. The winery borders the Douro for a length of two kilometers, and a large area is covered with natural undergrowth
