This outstanding red wine 2020 — Predappio Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Fertile and blooming Emilia-Romagnaa landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Chiara Condello conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Sangiovese with pizza or lamb.

Tasting note
Very delicate nose with aromas of black cherries, ripe wild berries, herbs, pepper, leather and dark chocolate. On the palate, Sangiovese from Predappio has soft, balanced tannins and stimulating, juicy acidity. Lots of freshness and elegance with a seductive, persistent, floral-berry finish.

Vinification
In order to preserve authenticity, gravity is used only. In addition, autochthonous yeast fermentation, low temperature control and long maceration (15 to 25 days) are used. It is aged for one year in Slavonian oak.
