About the wine
This rosé was created over 25 years ago when Jean-Etienne and François Matton wanted to offer a wider audience of rosé lovers from Provence a special wine with the perfect combination of exciting aromas and light taste. They definitely succeeded!
Tasting note
Shimmering pink with crisp aromas that pack a punch! Yellow grapefruit, white currant, blood orange and fresh raspberries. Just as crisp, strong and clear on the palate with a salty, sparkling aftertaste. A lively wine that packs a punch!
Culinary recommendation
The delightful earthy aftertaste is ideal for seafood, salty oysters, corrugated snails, and anything found on a seafood platter. fish ceviche and Sushi, California rolls, and grilled fish work just as well. Not to forget Italian cuisine with classic trattoria dishes such as Milanese veal and spaghetti alle vongole or delicious Provençal specialities such as stuffed vegetables or stacks of vegetables.
Vinification
Selection of running juice and pressed juice, cold steeping and Fermentation, not malolactic fermentation.
