Tasting note
Dark ruby red with a light purple glow. Distinct aromas of ripe fruit, surrounded by wonderful spicy notes. Soft and harmonious, of full stature, with a long-lasting, well-rounded finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with green orecchiette with spicy sauce, spaghetti all'arrabiata, grilled meats and spicy peccorino cheese.
