The winemaker from the Italian winery Masca del Tacco has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and blooming countryside of Puglia. Tasting note
Deep, bright ruby red with garnet tones. Very complex on the nose with notes of wild berries, cherry brandy, violet and fern, black pepper and cloves with a base of graphite and cocoa powder, surrounded with a balsamic note. Power and elegance compete in this wine. Freshness and softness contribute to fantastic drinking fun, while the tannins are gently integrated and culminate in a seemingly endless finale.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with mushrooms, braised meat, game, aged cheeses, pasta and lasagna.
