Tasting note
Primitivo di Manduria's playful bouquet of black plum, apricot and anise plays virtuously with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. With subdued, finely developed tannins, medium-bodied and distinctive acidity, this red wine presents its masterly structure.

Our recommendation: The perfect serving temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 14°-16°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Primitivo di Manduria goes well with brasato, pizza and red meat.
