Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of black plum, apricot and anise express a lot of character with a very special structure. Afterwards, the playful nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry reveal their own character. With subdued, finely developed tannins, medium-strong body and distinctive acidity, this red wine shows its masterly texture. This top wine won the prize: gold medal Expovina 2014.
Culinary recommendation
A treat to hearty grilled meat dishes, which also goes well with hard and soft cheeses.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: Ageing in stainless steel tanks, then in large barriques.
