About the wine

Schola Sarmenti, home to beautiful walls from the nineteenth century, stands on vineyards with autochthonous grape varieties with up to 80-year-old vines, which are cultivated skillfully and patiently. Only the best grapes are selected for the harvest, which were allowed to grow in an environment of respect and love for nature.

Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections. Extremely strong and spicy bouquet with complex fruit aromas and fine notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. On the palate, the Cubardi is very strong, rich in extracts, with soft tannins and a long, elegant finish. The Cubardi expresses all the benefits of this noble grape variety.
