About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina Mesa has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and blooming landscape of Sardinia. With the special Primo Bianco Vermentino DOC from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends.
Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with delicate green reflections. Relatively intense and floral on the nose with distinct notes of white fruit. Balanced and bright on the palate with a wonderful freshness and richness. On the finish, notes of citrus and herbs.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with salted fish, seafood appetizers, and creamy cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. Fermentation takes place between 12 and 14°C. Followed by a short ageing in steel tanks and ageing in the bottle for at least 2 months.
