About the wine
The Masseria La Volpe Primo Primitivo di Manduria Riserva is one of the best Primitivo di Manduria wines. It impresses wine connoisseurs with its exceptional depth and complexity.

Tasting note
Ruby red color, wide bouquet with the scent of ribbed fruit, such as plum and cherry jam with spicy notes. Tender and balanced in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with game and grilled meats.
Vinification
Fermentation is carried out by adding local yeasts at a controlled temperature of 24°C. Ageing for approx. 9 months in fine French and American wood barrels. The DOC “Primitivo di Manduria” called “Riserva” may only be sold after two years from March 31 after the harvest.
