About the wine
A wine as sumptuous and warm as a banquet with a Sicilian family. The Nerello Mascalese variety is mainly grown on Etna.

Tasting note
The Privè Nerello Mascalese Terre Siciliane IGT aromas of leather, cinnamon and clove express a lot of character with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of wild strawberries and black cherries reveal their own character. Its noble ruby red crowns every festive occasion with style and elegance. You won't find this shade in any color catalog. A light-bodied red wine with dominant acidity, which pleasantly develops its complex structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Sicilian pasta dishes and beef goulash
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in October. After cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place over approximately 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The aging takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
