The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Fontana greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Meseta countryside. This powerful Shiraz 2017 — Profundo Variedades Nobles VdT de Castilla crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Tasting note
Color: Dense ruby with purple-black core. Aromatics: Intense ripe and fruity bouquet, compote-like of strawberries, spicy-roasted with a touch of licorice and vanilla, delicate smoky notes.
