About the wine
Beautiful and fertile landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Ruggeri conjures up this sparkling wine with refinement and sensitivity. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this biting sparkling wine — Prosecco DOC Argeo brut. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you serve this sparkling wine with light dishes or appetizers.
Tasting note
Light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perlage is rich and persistent. The scent of flowers, juicy pears, delicate citrus notes will delight. Very elegant on the palate, yellow-footed with a pleasant mousse. The finish is long and fruity.

Vinification
The grape harvest for Prosecco Argeo takes place in September. The first fermentation is carried out without skins at a controlled temperature for 8 days. The subsequent second fermentation is carried out slowly in large closed barrels at 14-15°C
