Tasting note
Light straw yellow with slightly greenish reflections, with a nice perlage. On the nose, a fresh start and intense aromas of bright fruits such as peaches, quince and apples. In the mouth, it is juicy and round with a fine, sparkling perlage that lasts until the fresh, fruity finish. The notes of yellow fruits and white flowers are also found on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal companion not only as an aperitif, but also with a variety of antipasti.
