Easter 2019 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this outstanding sparkling wine — Prosecco DOC Extra Dry. Vegan
Tasting note
Lively straw yellow with fine perlage, wonderfully fruity on the nose, with notes of ripe apples rounded off with citrus fruits and floral nuances. The palate is fresh and supple, again beautiful citrus notes, long-lasting, pleasantly lively.
Culinary recommendation
Brilliant as an aperitif with appetizers and an excellent companion for entertaining hours with friends. Ideal with fish appetizers and seafood risotto, vegetable gratin or sausage platter.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 13°C and creates a very pleasant and supple, fine perlage.
