Tasting note
Colour: straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Nose: clear, elegant aromas with a good presence of fruity and floral notes. On the palate: the persistent tactile sensation of carbonic acid is pleasant, excellent length and persistence.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes. It goes particularly well with fish and vegetable-based risotto.
Vinification
Carefully harvested Glera organic vegan grapes go to the cellar, where they are processed into must. The first fermentation takes place in must, followed by processing at a controlled temperature to keep the wine aromas intact. Second fermentation in autoclaves.
