Prosecco Extra Dry Nudo Verde DOC Bio - Gino Fasoli

About the wine

The winery has been family-owned since it was founded in the 1920s. Gino Fasoli - namesake of the winery - was allergic to the chemicals used, which was also an occasion to switch to organic and now biodynamic viticulture well ahead of many others in the 1980s. And so the family is serious not only to preserve nature, but also to create the best possible conditions for all employees and to pour pure wines to customers. Today, the vineyards and the wines are bursting with life and have a bright, fresh joy that is inspiring. Organic fun in bottles, especially the nudo verde, which is bottled especially for us

Tasting note
Perwoll, such a fresh, intense scent. It feels so nice and new and peeled out. As open, as fluffy as it is radiantly clean, this bright, creamy, slightly sweet scent of white flowers, jasmine, peach. Just so relaxed and free on the palate, foamy, juicy, creamy, the light to yellow fruit, slightly sweet at the end, is full, plus an ultra-clean touch, the slightly bitter note. Feeling right at home and feeling so pure - and so beautifully fresh and relaxed, that is the best prerequisite for enjoying the delicious nudo verde for a long time!
