About the wine
The Ruggeri wine cellar was founded in 1950 by Giustino Bisol, whose family boasts a centuries-old tradition and is deeply rooted in the wine-growing culture of Valdobbiadene. The Bisol family has been growing vines there for many centuries, as can be seen from the old tax documents. Today, Ruggeri is one of the leading producers in the region.
Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, elegant aromas of white flowers that blend into a harmonious whole typically fruity with intense aromas of golden apple. Terre di Sant'Alberto likes to be enjoyed pure, but also as a trendy mixed drink. The grapes of the Glera variety come from the best area for Prosecco, Valdobbiadene. Particularly appealing due to the delicately aromatic, fruity taste and the very fine bubbling.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif, ideal with fish and also with starters
Vinification
The base wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Foam stability is produced with slow secondary fermentation in large closed containers at approx. 12° C.
