Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow, fine perlage, delicate notes of green apple and pear and an aromatic freshness. The pleasant finish is very dry and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
THE ideal aperitif and a suitable accompaniment to light starters or appetizers.
Vinification
All grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and subsequent ageing take place in stainless steel tanks.
