Tasting note
Intense, complex and elegant on the nose, with a wide range of nuances of black fruits, plums, roasted and vanilla notes as well as aromas of toffee and licorice. On the palate, persistent and concentrated, round and balanced with a long-lasting finish. A high-end wine that can be stored for a long time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried meat dishes as well as lamb, pork and veal. Also great with stews, pot roasts, game and aged cheeses.

16 months in French oak.
