About the wine
We have a special, strong Chardonnay from 2012 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The gravelly, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Roger Belland knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Chardonnay with truffles or goat cheese.
Tasting note
Brilliant, pale gold with green reflections. On the nose, scent of mineral, white flowers and grapefruit. On the palate, racy, full, complex, lively and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with king prawns flambéed, scallops, grilled salmon, steaks or fillets.
