About the wine
With the dominant Chardonnay 2014 — Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru, you can offer your guests something very special. This Chardonnay draws its strength and energy from the chalky, gravelly soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour transforms it into a real treat with great emotion. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with fish with herbs or goat cheese.

Tasting note
This Puligny Montrachet offers an intense aroma of vanilla, honeysuckle and roasted pineapple. The rich mouthfeel with notes of white fruits results in a fresh finish.

Vinification
The average 30-year-old Chardonnay vines are fermented in oak barrels. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation. They mature in oak barrels for a further 8 to 10 months, 15% being virgin wood.
