Tasting note
Playful aromas of cassis, fruit compote, spices and tobacco on the nose. Very juicy on the palate with well-balanced acidity and lots of finesse. Nuances of black cherry, plum, cassis and black pepper give this wine an individual character. Price-performance ratio absolutely great!

Vinification
Harvested by hand, fermented at a controlled temperature in steel and concrete tanks. 6-month aging in the tank on fine yeast. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
