Bio
Tasting note
A young, fruit-intensive Malbec of dense violet-red. In the scent, notes of cooked fruits, herbs such as thyme and mint, and subtly ground rock. Soft and full-bodied on the palate, very nice, juicy Malbec fruitiness that lingers for a long time, beautiful, soft tannins give the wine the necessary structure. Malbec at its best!
Culinary recommendation
PURO Malbec goes well with barbecues, seasoned red meats and burgers.
Vinification
The grapes for the varietal Puro Malbec are harvested by hand at the end of March, immediately brought to the winery, fermented at controlled temperatures of 27 to 28 °C in stainless steel tanks and aged without wood, purely in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the juicy freshness of the grape variety fruit to the maximum, even in the wine. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
