Tasting note
A young, fruit-intensive Malbec of dense purple-red. In the scent, notes of cooked fruit, herbs such as thyme and mint, and also subtle ground rock. Soft and full-bodied on the palate, very nice, juicy Malbec fruitiness that lingers on for a long time, beautiful, soft tannins give the wine the necessary structure. Malbec at its best!
Culinary recommendation
PURO Malbec goes well with barbecues, seasoned red meats and burgers.
Vinification
The grapes for the pure Puro Malbec are picked by hand at the end of March, immediately brought to the winery, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 27 to 28 °C and aged without wood, purely in stainless steel tanks, in order to maximize the juicy freshness of the varietal fruit even in the wine. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
