Bio
Tasting note
Classic rosé with a beautiful salmon red color, very fragrant with notes of red fruits, fruit candy and floral scent. Rich and soft, with fresh acidity and a fine fruitiness on the tongue. Nice finish with a subtle creaminess. Drink extremely carefree!
Vinification
Made from organically grown grapes. Juice drained from the red wine mash before fermentation (saignée), cool fermented in steel tanks. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
