About the wine
In 1997, the artist and “Yello” star Dieter Meier bought 2,200 hectares of land in the Argentinian pampas Humeda and founded his organic farm with a vineyard called Ojo de Agua. His PURO wines now enjoy cult status. Meier is and remains a pioneering chart topper!

Tasting note
Brilliant pale yellow with greenish reflections. Fine, floral bouquet on the nose of white stone fruit, spicy muscat grapes and exotic fruits (lychee) with a hint of fragrant rose petals. On the palate, fresh aromas of citrus fruits (pink grapefruit, lime) and herbs alongside delicate exotic notes (lychee, star fruit), aromatic, fresh and powerful with lively acidity, elegant in the finale with an autumn fruity finish. Well done!
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best when it is slightly chilled 6°-8°C.
Vinification
The Torrontés vines for Dieter Meier's varietal Puro grow in the vineyards of Cafayate, which are around 1600 meters high. All grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, immediately taken to the winery, gently fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged there for around 90 days to bring their juicy fruit and freshness to the bottle as pure as possible. Free from animal products.
