About the wine
Do you already know the powerful Shiraz Quinta da Espiga with the 2015 vintage? If not, it's time! The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Casa Santos has absolutely mastered his craft. Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 18°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: 6-7 years. Flaschenpost team tip: Quinta da Espiga goes perfectly with barbecue, game and roasted vegetables.
Vinification
Fermentation was achieved in 26,500 liter vessels with a pump system at a temperature of 28° - 30° C. Some was then matured in oak barrels.
