About the wine

The traditional Quinta da Sequeira winery is located in Vila Nova de Foz Côa in the Douro Superior, the famous port wine region. The family business cultivates the 15 ha of vines (the oldest are over 100 years old) exclusively with traditional Douro varieties.

Tasting note
Intense, deep purple. Very concentrated aroma of dark fruits, berry jam and black chocolate. Ripe tannins and a full body are on the palate. Strong structure, long aftertaste.

Accompanied with blue cheese, with sweet pastries or as a dessert wine after a meal.
