Tasting note
Typical is the intense and immediate scent of cool white grapes, which is balanced by sour freshness and a slight earthy note. With beautiful fruit, the body has a strong presence right up to the long finish.

The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks without shells at 15 °C. Expansion: none.
