Very delicate and subtle on the nose, but with intense mineral and smoke aromas, paired with white fruits and floral tones. On the palate, the wine is elegant, yet full of energy and complexity. Despite its richness and complexity, the fresh structure of the wine is its main characteristic. The aroma density and lively acidity give the wine a great length.
