The dominant Chasselas — Reaumur Fendant AOC Valais is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Caves Saint-Valentin ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. Tasting note
Color: Iridescent light gold, wafer-fine gold reflections. Aromatics: Typical, ripe fruity bouquet of pears, linden and acacia blossoms, fresh lemon notes with a fine herbal hint. Body: Lively, sparkling first drink, filigree, well-integrated acidity, pleasantly creamy texture, slightly tart in the finish. Quality: Ideal aperitif wine - the subtle tartness has an appetizing and refreshing effect.
