About the wine
With the delicious Recanati Special Reserve White from 2018, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Israeli winery Recanati Winery grows this wine in the countryside.
A “Special Reserve White” bottle is ready to drink immediately after purchase and should best be consumed within the first few years.Vegan
Tasting note
The “Recanati Special Reserve White” presents fresh notes of lemon, peach and pear. This wonderful bouquet combines with hints of oak and butter. This fruity white wine has a full body, beautiful complexity with a balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
Culinary recommendation
Combine the attractive white wine with grilled sardines, chicken breast or a mushroom pate.
Vinification
The wine consists of Roussane and Marsanne vines that come from the “Kidmat Tzvi” vineyard and are considered exceptional Mediterranean varieties from the Rhone Valley. After pressing, the juice is placed in French oak barrels to mature for 8 months. The winemakers of the winery then carry out a series of tastings to determine the correct cuvée of the aged wines.
