About the wine
With this powerful Pinot Noir 2015 — Red Angel, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Blooming and fertile landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Jermann conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Pinot Noir with salmon or red meat.
Tasting note
Scents of wild berries with spicy accents characterize the ruby red iridescent “Red Angel”. Delicate and pleasant in taste, it convinces right up to the medium-length finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, potato dishes & Swiss cuisine.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in a stable tank for about a week. Some of the wine is then aged in oak barrels.
