Yoav Gilat founded his Cannonball Wine Company back in 2006. His wines radiate Californian joie de vivre and his credo is: We make wines that pamper the lover, the pioneer and the rule-breaker in all of us. Angels&Cowboys red wine with its bold label is the brainchild of his winemaker Ondine Chattan. The main grape variety of this assemblage is Zinfandel. Together with the Grenache, it provides the wonderful blueberry fruit. Syrah and Petite Sirah add spice and pepper and Carignan finally contributes a dark aroma. All this leads to a generously long and almost decadent finish.
