What remains: unconventional, almost exuberant club events at which countless magnums and double magnums are beheaded. And what also remains: with the Batonnage, an incredibly concentrated garage wine with 15.5% alcohol made from highly ripe, hand-picked grapes from the best locations in Rust, Jois and Andau.
