Tasting note
In the glass, a deep ruby red with purple reflections. A bit of blackberries and cassis on the nose. Spicy cedar notes with a touch of bergamot. Juicy, fine structure, dark berry fruit on the finish, slightly smoky notes in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats and wild fowl, mildly seasoned meat, risotto and pasta, as well as with mild hard and soft cheeses.
Vinification
10 months in used barriques.
