About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Tasca d'Almerita has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Sicily. You will definitely enjoy the delicious Regaleali Bianco Sicilia IGT, which was produced in 2016.
Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate nose with notes of green apple and citrus fruits. Refreshingly juicy and dry on the palate, with aromas of yellow stone fruits, some honey and grapefruit. The mild acidity makes this wine a real pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
It is suitable as an aperitif wine or with fish dishes and crustaceans.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed after harvesting. The must is fermented in steel tanks for around 15 days and aged for three months. Shortly after clarification, it is bottled.
