The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Resalte masteres this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and magnificent landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Tasting note
Deep dark red, high density Intensive and complex nose. Aromas of dark and ripe fruit, licorice, toffee and coffee, cedar, spices, mineral notes. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, good and complex structure, balanced with well-integrated and sweet tannins, light and fine roasted aromas. Long and persistent finish with renewed notes of ripe fruit, spices and a mineral note.

Goes well with hearty meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
Vinification
18 months in barrel, 80% of which in French barriques and 20% in American barriques.
