Tasting note
The flagship of Bodegas Ribas. The Cabrera impresses with a multi-faceted fragrance with aromas of dark cherries, plums, delicate, creamy chocolate notes and a touch of oriental spices. The tannin structure is very delicate and the acid is perfectly integrated into the full body. It dresses the mouth with wonderful melting and ends with a long, aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Ribas de Cabrera goes well with slightly spicy red meat, duck and poultry. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C.
