About the wine
At the beginning of the 1980s, the Garcia hotelier family from Burgos purchased the old cooperative in Gumiel de Mercado. The love for wine and the Ribera del Duero region played an important role in this great commitment. Under the leadership of sisters Carolina and Yolanda, the company has worked its way up to the top of the Ribera del Duero. Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo) in particular is planted on 100 ha of vines.

Tasting note
In the bouquet, ripe fruit, dried plums and gingerbread spice with a delicate oak note. Fuller, dense palate with concentrated power. Long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with venison, lamb, roast beef, grilled meats and hard cheeses (Parmesan, Sbrinz).
