Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow in the glass. The nose shows intense fruity notes, fine mineral tones, unfolds with elegance, is dry, fresh and juicy and offers a nice drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Antipasti, risotto, fish, seafood, mushrooms, asparagus dishes
Vinification
Ageing takes place for 6 months in 750 liter Slavonian oak barrels.
