About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape aesthetics, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Walter Skoff masters with a keen sense of texture. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this provocative Sauvignon Blanc 2019 Ried Kranachberg DAC. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Sauvignon Blanc is excellent to serve with goat cheese or mussels.

Tasting note
Pale yellow color. Very intense, close-meshed and complex aroma. Subtle spiciness, distinct gooseberries and yellow peppers with citrus notes and superficial minerality. Subtle elderflower and exoticism that grows stronger in the glass. Brilliantly clear and intense fruit with pronounced minerality. Spicy, elegant, peppers, gooseberries, cassis and a hint of elderflower and citrus. Very long mineral finish.
