Finally someone who takes this seriously, produces non-alcoholic wine not only from Plörre in order to sell the withdrawn alcohol, so the wine is only a waste product! With Kolonne Null, it's exactly different: Here, booze is the secondary issue. The two don't just take it out, they pick out really good grapes with the winemakers and experiment so that the result is just right. They are tinkerers and connoisseurs, as are passionate wine drinkers, and they look very closely, create the right cuvee, then de-alcoholized in the laboratory in Berlin using vacuum distillation. The wine gets just 28 degrees! Of course, dealcoholized means: no alcohol, whatever you taste, but what you taste then can also be really cool like with Kolonne Null!
